At Crofton, all health care services are under the superivision of our ownership management. Our specially trained nursing staff and caregivers provide skilled round-the-clock nursing care and personal attention to meet both medical and social needs.

REHABILITATION
|
|
We provide rehabilitative therapy for both our short-term residents after an accident, injury, illness or hospital stay, and those needing long-term care. Crofton Care and Rehabilitation Center offers a wide range of state-of-the-art rehabilitation services. Staff specialists include physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy. The therapists work closely with the Center’s staff and the resident to develop an appropriate treatment plan sensitive to the needs and capabilities of each resident.

NUTRITION
|
|
A registered dietican plans nourishing and appealing meals, taking into account food preferences to meet every resident’s nutritional requirement including any special diets ordered by a phsyician.

QUALITY OF LIFE
|
|
Our Activities Director ensures that daily activities are provided to every resident, even those who may be restricted because of illness. Activities are designed for fun, creative expression and intellectual stimulation. Some of the planned activities include popular games including: Wii Therapy, discussion groups, Friday afternoon Happy Hour, Pet Therapy, Horticulture Therapy (Green Thumb Society), therapeutic and socialization outings, Bible study, spa services and birthday and holiday celebrations. You can become an active participant or simply watch from the sidelines.
